Papers Submissions:
Authors are invited to submit extended abstracts, which must be written in English and must be received by August 9 July 31, 2009 through the Web site
http://mango.is.konan-u.ac.jp/sss09/jsp/login.jsp
which can be entered from the SSS09 home page.
The authors will be requested to enter the following information before the submission of the extended abstract.
(1) Author(s) name(s). Also you need to indicate the corresponding author and the presenting author's postal address, affilication, phone number, fax number and e-mail address.
(2) Field of the paper (select one among those written above).
(3) Entry to the young author's presentation award ("Shorei-sho". Entry condition is due to the rules of ISCIE).
Extended abstracts should not exceed two A4 pages with 25mm margins on all sides, in one column format, and with 10-point fonts or larger. Please include the title, author names, affiliations, and addresses on the top of the first page of the extended
abstract. The extended abstract should be prepared in PDF format, and it should be submitted electronically on the Web Site.
Authors will be advised regarding acceptance of the extended abstract by August 31, 2009. The author of accepted papers are requested to submit the manuscripts for the proceedings following the instructions available in the proceedings page. The manuscripts should be prepared in either PDF format and submitted electronically via the Proceedings page by November 10, 2009. The maximum length of each manuscript including both text and illustrations will be six pages (about 4500 words). In order to assure high-quality of the proceedings, all manuscripts will be reviewed and only accepted ones will be included in it.
